Since starting with Mayhood in December of 2012, Scott Cillay has sold out River Quarry in Bethesda, Maryland, selling 15 new homes at or near asking price for Carter, Inc. Builders, an award-winning builder of custom homes in the most sought-after neighborhoods of Suburban Maryland. Prior to his time with the Mayhood Company, Scott Cillay was the community sales manager at Compass Custom Homes in Clarksville, Maryland. Scott Cillay also spent six months as community sales manager at Miller & Smith, also in Howard County, where he was able to dramatically improve this builder's profit margins. In his time there, he more than doubled the pre-existing sales pace of luxury townhomes at Emerson and sold five out of six standing inventory homes in less than two months.
